A special introductory package for families who want ongoing advocacy support and the flexibility to use services as needs arise throughout the year.
Includes:
60-minute comprehensive intake consultation
Individualized advocacy roadmap
Priority educational record review
Review of one current IEP or 504 Plan
One PPT Meeting Support Bundle
Up to two brief progress check-ins
Parent coaching and advocacy guidance
Routine email support within the package hours

Best for: Families navigating complex, escalating, or higher-conflict special education concerns who need more intensive, ongoing non-attorney advocacy.

Deeper review of priority educational records
Detailed advocacy and meeting strategy
IEP or 504 Plan analysis
Ongoing parent coaching
Support for up to five mutually confirmed meetings
Educational request and parent correspondence support
Progress and implementation review
Authorized communication with school personnel and providers
Preparation for difficult or high-stakes meetings
Appropriate non-attorney dispute-resolution preparation and support
Assistance organizing information for an attorney referral when necessary

Non-attorney educational advocacy support for families navigating unresolved special education concerns through mediation, a Connecticut state complaint, or another mutually agreed-upon dispute-resolution process.
Support may include:
Review and organization of priority educational records
Development of a factual chronology
Organization of parent concerns and desired educational outcomes
Parent coaching and strategy
Mediation preparation
Organization of supporting documents
Non-legal editing of parent-prepared complaint materials
Educational assistance with Connecticut state complaint materials
Review of school responses and relevant documentation
Post-resolution guidance and next-step planning
The initial $1,500 retainer includes up to 7.5 professional hours.
Mediation matters requiring advocate attendance generally begin at $1,800 for up to 8 professional hours.
