How It Works

Our Process

  • 1. Start With a Complimentary Discovery Call

Schedule a complimentary 20-minute Discovery Call to tell us a little about your concerns, learn more about Wayfinder's services, and determine whether we may be a good fit for your family.

This introductory call is designed to help identify the right next step. It is not an advocacy consultation or record-review session.

  • 2. Choose the Right Level of Support

Every family's situation is different. Following your Discovery Call, we'll recommend the service or level of support that best fits your needs.

This may include an Advocacy Consultation, IEP or 504 Plan Review, Record Review, PPT Meeting Support, or ongoing advocacy support.

You'll receive clear information about the scope and cost before deciding whether you'd like to move forward.

  • 3. Get Prepared & Move Forward

Once you become a Wayfinder client, we'll help you understand the information, identify priorities, prepare for next steps, and navigate the special education process with greater clarity and confidence.

Depending on the service you select, support may include reviewing educational records, developing questions and priorities, preparing for PPT meetings, attending meetings with you, communicating with your child's educational team, or providing ongoing advocacy support.
